Blackberry, Blueberry & Banana Breakfast Smoothie

This is my favourite get me up breakfast smoothie with all natural sugars and goodness in one glass. Why not try it out. I promise it’s very filling.

 

Ingredients 

  • 1 ripe banana
  • handful of blueberries
  • handful of blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon chai seeds
  • 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon oats
  • Milk depending on how smooth/runny you want your smoothie

 

 

Simply place everything together in the blender, then blend for a minute or so until smooth. I like my smoothies thick so they are extra filling.
