This is my favourite get me up breakfast smoothie with all natural sugars and goodness in one glass. Why not try it out. I promise it’s very filling.
- 1 ripe banana
- handful of blueberries
- handful of blackberries
- 1 tablespoon chai seeds
- 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
- 1 tablespoon oats
- Milk depending on how smooth/runny you want your smoothie
Simply place everything together in the blender, then blend for a minute or so until smooth. I like my smoothies thick so they are extra filling.
