This is one of the best ways to reboot your system especially after craving all things sugary!
Homemade juices are a sure fire way to kick out those bad cravings. The gingerly carrot juice is now one of my new faviourites as it’s great for boosting the immune system, lowering cholestoral and breaking down fat! I love the colour of this super orange juice, it’s naturally sweet tasting, the ginger adds a spiced tangy depth. Future brides to be this juice is perfect due to it’s high fibre content.
- 4 Carrots
- Red Apple ( I used a red gala apple for its sweetness)
- 1 ginger peeled and sliced
- An orange
- Ice cubes
- 200ml Water
Wash and cut ingrediengts into pieces that will fit into your juicer/blender. The carrots were cut into smaller pieces to speed up the blending process. Blend all ingredients, mix well and enjoy!
P.S Why not try adding beetroots for an extra detox whilst lowering your blood pressure and maintaining a healthy weight. Don’t forget to add a good excersie routine to see improvements.
